Is your jewelry solid gold?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted from genuine 10K, 14K, or 18K solid gold. We never use gold-plated, gold-filled, or gold vermeil materials.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Absolutely. Solid gold is designed for everyday wear. You can shower, sleep, exercise, and swim while wearing it. With occasional polishing, it will maintain its natural beauty for years to come.
Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
No. Because our jewelry is made from genuine solid gold, it won't peel, flake, or lose its color like plated jewelry. It is made to last a lifetime.
How long does production and shipping take?
Every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location.
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, depending on the design. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds - the only difference is their origin. Lab-grown diamonds are not moissanite or cubic zirconia.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes. Our natural diamonds are sourced through trusted suppliers who follow the Kimberley Process, helping ensure they are conflict-free. We also work with responsibly sourced materials throughout our collections.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Solid gold requires very little maintenance. Wear it often, store each piece separately when not in use, and gently polish it with a soft cloth whenever you'd like to restore its shine.
Can I customize my necklace?
Yes. Our Initial Collection allows you to create a piece that's uniquely yours. Choose your preferred gold color, gold purity, chain length, and the initials that hold the most meaning to you.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalized jewelry. Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, and unused condition with their original packaging.
Because personalized jewelry is handcrafted especially for you and cannot be resold, custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us, and we'll make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
